This page is a guide to which Fixed Odds Brokers trade which instruments. Betonmarkets, Extrabet and Betsson have the widest market coverage, although even they don't have all the markets covered. It is very useful to know which firms cover which markets as sometimes traders do cross platforms, so a Forex trader may decide to put a fixed odds bet on a currency. Due to alternate opening hours of different markets it is also necessary for some fixed odds betters to cover different markets (if they feel the need to be betting 24/7).
If you are new to betting, we strongly advise that you pick a market, then stick to it until you know what you are doing. There is no point switching from one market to another just because you are not making any money. If you are not making any money then you need to assess your approach, and how it effects your performance. It doesn't matter what the market is, and how it moves, there is always the potential to earn money, so if that is not happening, if you are not earning money, it is folly to blame the market. Most markets are open between the hours of 0700 GMT, and 1530 GMT. Currency trading bets however (Forex), are available all through the day and the night. Whichever market you do choose, we do hope that strengthen your position by doing a little bit of research, and at the very least, get used to studying the charts - it is possible to trade without them, however it is only traders who've been in the game for a very long time that are able to do this, and many traders believe that in general it's a very unwise move to disregard the charts.

From a beginner's perspective this would be a good choice of 'product' or 'instrument' as it is very popular, and this means that there is a hell of a lot of information and analysis out there for free to help you decide which way to place your bets.
